Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Research Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in operations research, mathematical modeling, and optimization techniques to design and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency and performance of our supply chain software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and product managers, to deliver impactful solutions that drive value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Model Development: Develop, validate, and maintain mathematical models and algorithms for optimizing supply chain operations, including inventory management, demand forecasting, production planning, and logistics.
  • Optimization & Simulation: Design and implement optimization and simulation tools to solve complex supply chain problems, ensuring that solutions are scalable and efficient.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within supply chain processes. Use statistical and machine learning techniques to enhance model accuracy.
  • Software Integration: Collaborate with software developers to integrate models and algorithms into our supply chain software platform, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
  • Customer Support: Work with the customer support team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to optimization models and algorithms used by our clients.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest advancements in operations research, optimization, and supply chain management. Propose and implement improvements to existing models and processes.
