About the Role:

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be central to the smooth operation and development of maintenance tasks on-site. Your responsibilities will range from supervising repairs to budget management, all geared towards maintaining our community's high standard of living.

Responsibilities:

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:

• Assist in budget preparation and administration
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Recruit, train, and develop maintenance personnel
• Coordinate with contractors for major projects
• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure safety compliance and promote a positive work environment

Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family or commercial settings
• Supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call shifts
• Universal EPA Designation/Certification
