Sales Manager | $1,000 Per Week + Bonuses | Salary No Draw

Job Description: Great news!!! We are a nationwide above ground pool company and we are now hiring experienced Sales Managers to join our dynamic team for the 2024 above ground pool season. Successful candidates will take inbound calls from our sales representatives and assist our sales representatives with closing the deal while they're in our customers homes. The ideal candidate will need to be a strong closer with significant experience in sales and/or sales management, possess excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with our nationwide sales representatives and their customers. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate!

Requirements of a Qualified Applicant

• Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or sales management experience. (REQUIRED)
• Must be a difference maker and a hard-working professional team player. (REQUIRED)
• Applicants with in-home sales experience and/or sales management experience. (PREFERRED)
• Basic knowledge of the joys of owning a swimming pool. (HELPFUL)
• Proven track record of successfully closing sales on a one-call-close basis for big ticket items. (HELPFUL)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (REQUIRED)
• A professional phone appearance. (REQUIRED)
• Experience closing sales for big ticket items over the phone. (HELPFUL)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. (REQUIRED)

Assistant Project Coordinator Pay and Hours

• $1,000 Per Week Salary (This salary is not a draw).
• Weekly Bonus.
• Paid Weekly.
• 60 Hours Per Week with Weekends.
• This is not a virtual position. Report daily. Office is located in Atlanta / Marietta, GA.
• Must be willing to work as a non-employee Independent Contractor.
