Food Service Professional at MOCHI THAI'M DONUTS

Mochi Thai’m Donuts, located in Colorado Springs, CO, is actively seeking dedicated food service professionals to join our dynamic team at both our North Academy and Interquest locations. We’re in search of self-starters who are not only punctual and reliable but also possess a passion for excellence in customer service. Qualifications

• Must have the passion to provide great customer experience and rapport at Mochi Thai'm Donuts

• Reliable and prompt

• Restaurant industry experience: 1 year preferred, but not required

• Must be energetic and friendly

• Ability to effectively communicate instructions

• Customer Service skills/experience is required

• Strong attention to detail and able to multitask with a great attendance record.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• High school education or equivalent required

Responsibilities:

• Skillfully prepare both hot and cold beverages to meet customer specifications.
• Expertly fry and glaze mochi donuts.
• Ensure the work area remains impeccably clean and organized.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols.
• Consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Effectively ommunicate with customers, shift leaders, and managers.
• Uphold rigorous cleanliness standards and comply with all food safety regulations.
• Abide by company policies and standards at all times.
• Flexibly tackle any additional tasks as delegated by management.
