Job Description
Role
Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Facility Maintenance Supervisor). You'll create and maintain a safe work environment, install and maintain facility machinery, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and provide on-the-job training to new team members. You'll also be responsible for programming PLCs, maintaining standard operating procedures, and helping the facility earn and maintain certifications.

- High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
- Advanced skills in one or more of the following areas: electrical, HVAC, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, plumbing, carpentry, piping systems, and PLC programming.
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, creating preventive maintenance plans, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
