Description:
Responsible for assisting the Sakurai Operator in the operation, cleaning and maintenance of the Sakurai Press
Upon start of shift inspect Press and Press area for cleanliness. Clean as necessary.
· Maintain necessary supplies and materials to perform job functions
· Assist Sakurai Operator in the setup of Machine
- Load Screens
- Load Adhesive
- Verify Tack and Drying of Adhesive
- Run Job
- Fill out log book with pertinent details
· Ensure laminator is working properly
- No overlap on Guide or Gripper
- All adhesive is covered.
- Any quality issues identified and brought to Supervisor’s attention
· Items as assign by Supervisor
