Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- · Calendar all deadlines, dates, and other events
- · Respond to discovery and work closely with clients in order to do so
- · Draft and serve discovery requests
- · Schedule and coordinate depositions
- · Draft legal documents
- · Investigate facts
- · Be on top of and closely manage all litigation files
- · Overall support to Attorney
Qualifications:
- · 5 years previous experience as a personal injury paralegal
- · Thoroughness, follow-through, and attention to detail
- · Ability to prioritize and multitask
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- · Deadline and detail-oriented
- · Able to successfully deal with a fast-paced environment
- · Fluency in Spanish -- both written and spoken -- is a huge plus
- · Independent, resourceful, and a problem-solver
