Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Location: Quakertown, PA

Salary: 70-85 DOE + Annual Bonus!!

Shift: M-F 8-5

Reason position is open: Company added a new position due to growth!!

Job Description
•    Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Interface directly with 
        customers either by telephone, electronically or in person.
•    Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with potential customers. Maintain customer databases and sets up new customer accounts.
•    Supports sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
•    Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
•    Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
•    Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns, Responds to customer complaints.
•    Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
•    Prepare and present sales reports to management.
•    Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date on industry trends.
•    Recommend customer service policies and procedures.
•    Handle customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing and availability to promote sales.
•    Customer order management, Monitors inventory production and allocation, managing order changes & expediting. 
•    Conduct contract review of purchase orders and applicable documents.
•    Working with CSR in preparation of the weekly shipping schedule
•    Coordinates with other departments to verify status of orders or coordinate new orders.
•    Works with planning, production, and quality to set production priorities.
•    Promote a positive pride for workmanship environment in the plant.
•    General knowledge of quality systems
•    Solution Sales training a plus 

Knowledge and Skills
*      Degree in Business or equivalent required 
•      Ability to review contracts and specifications required
*      Minimum 2 years in a customer service/inside sales role within manufacturing required.
