The Key Responsibilities:

• Routing of invoices, ensuring correct approvals and verifying pricing and details are accurate
• Scanning and posting invoices within the relevant systems accurately and timely.
• Reconciling AP statements and following up with vendors for missing or incorrect invoices and credits.
• Preparing payments in accordance with company policies.
• Organizing and filing financial paperwork and documents to ensure compliance.
• Regular liaison with vendors, maintaining strong and professional relationships.
• Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner.
• Helping other departments when needed.
• Perform other related duties as directed or as the situation dictates.

The Model Qualifications:

• Must understand basic accounting principles and have a combination of education, training or experience that provides the required accounting knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Hospitality experience a plus.
