Senior Test Engineer Planning & Qualification

TriVector Services, Inc., is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Senior Test Engineer - Planning & Qualification position.

Description:

This position will support the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office of the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) in coordination and execution of test planning and documentation efforts. The candidate will prepare and coordinate inputs to the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP). This will include reviewing current policy memos, preparing TEMP outlines and formatting, creating timelines and approval paths, tracking and collating inputs, coordinating reviews and comment adjudication, and preparing for the final signature process. The candidate will support requests to update a Simplified Acquisition Management Plan (SAMP) by providing T&E information for inclusion in review meetings. The candidate will also develop baseline the Developmental Evaluation Frameworks (DEF).

The candidate will support Quarterly T&E WIPTs and other Program Stakeholder Meetings. The candidate will participate in other PEO organizations’ WIPTs, providing necessary Program inputs prior to meetings and follow-up with action items as required. The candidate will also support other test activities to include documentation, execution, reporting for multiple Army Systems, generation of test plans, test requirements, test procedures, and test case matrices, as well as supporting technical interchange planning meetings. Candidate will support test execution at DOD Test Ranges and post-Test reporting activities, to include briefings to management on test results.

Experience with programs to include RAM Warn, AMDPCS, FAAD C2, AMDWS, and Army Air Defense Systems such as Patriot, LTAMDS, and IBCS is desired. Experience with testing of fielded systems and systems under development is highly desired. Qualification testing experience is desired. The position will require periodic travel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret clearance• Candidate must be a US Citizen
• BS Degree in Engineering (ABET accredited program), Science, or Math with 10+ years of experience
• Background in test and evaluation planning and execution
• Strong leadership and teaming skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm, independent critical thinker, leadership skills, and a team attitude are important, as well as the ability to respond to quick turn requests.
