Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Full job description:
The ideal candidate works with other installers and independently, in the completion of installs and service calls. Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork they are assigned.
- Requires excellent communication skills

- Ability to create and execute in the field solutions
- Ability to use hand and power tools
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Complete complex audio/video installs, setup, and calibration
- Control system design (control/lighting/shading) and Theater room
Installation
- Cable systems setup and install
- Advanced troubleshooting of simple and complex systems
- Advanced networking/data system design, installation, and setup
- Complete programming of advanced systems
- Support of legacy and/or third-party products and systems
- Complete understanding of multi-room systems and setup
- Advanced understanding of security system programming and design
- Advanced understanding of Russound and Sonos single room and multi-room solution
- Perform customer training for products installed as needed
- Travel to various job sites is required.
- Tech is also responsible for relaying any service issues with company vehicles.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
- Advanced understanding of Control4, URC,RTI, Pro Control or Savant systems and programming
- Assist in training and evaluation of up to Senior level technicians
- Excellent skills with desktop and mobile computing
- Clean driving record and background check
- Minimum of 3 years of field experience
- Must be trained in Honeywell, 2GIG or Qolsys.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Carrying, pushing and/or pulling, climbing ladders
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching and standing for long periods of time
- Must be able to handle and properly use common power tools and hand tools
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
