Our client is looking for an On-Site IT & AV Technician who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being the go-to problem solver. This role blends hands-on technical support with advanced audio-visual troubleshooting, supporting everything from collaboration tools to enterprise meeting spaces. What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support for PCs, Macs, applications, network connectivity, and AV systems, resolving issues efficiently and within SLA expectations
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft Surface Hubs, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron systems, and related AV technologies
  • Deliver white glove/VIP support and event or meeting assistance, ensuring seamless user experiences
  • Manage hardware assets including shipping, receiving, tracking, installation, and lifecycle management
  • Utilize ServiceNow for ticket prioritization, documentation, and status tracking while collaborating with cross-functional and network operations teams

  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Surface Hubs, Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and enterprise AV equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Mac operating systems, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Experience diagnosing network connectivity issues and providing remote hands support
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving, high-demand environments
