This role is perfect for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment supporting the technology that drives live event production.

What You'll Be Doing
As an AV Cable Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and ensuring the quality of our broadcast tactical fiber and AV cable inventory-helping LMG uphold the highest technical standards in the industry.
✅ Test and clean AV and fiber cables to meet LMG and industry standards
✅ Inspect connectors to ensure they are secure, clean, and fully functional
✅ Verify calibration and performance of test equipment; coordinate manufacturer returns when needed
✅ Perform minor cable repairs and maintenance
✅ Replace missing or damaged connector caps and ensure fiber ends are protected
✅ Maintain organization, labeling, and proper wrapping of cable inventory
✅ Conduct cycle counts of connector caps and cleaning materials to maintain stock levels
✅ Assist with general warehouse operations and cleanliness, including supporting visitors and maintaining proper storage of rental product

Education & Experience - High School Diploma required; knowledge of AV equipment and wiring/cable experience preferred
