Family Law Attorney

Our law firm is growing rapidly and we are looking for a sharp and experienced family attorney who will enthusiastically represent clients in all areas of family law. You’ll assist individuals in a variety of situations such as navigating prenuptial agreements and attending court hearings for divorce, alimony/spousal support, and child support. The prime candidate will have experience with a range of sensitive legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence, and be able to maintain composure, negotiate, and argue effectively even in emotional and high-stress situations. We are a mostly remote work environment where attorneys work with a team and have a 1:1 relationship with a designated paralegal. We have competitive compensation and reasonable billable hour requirements. We lean into the latest technology including AI and advanced software. Our firm provides pro bono assistance as a team once per quarter for an afternoon and focuses on customer service and client satisfaction.

$100,000+ DOE

• Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients
• Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date
• Handle the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings as needed
• Work closely with paralegals and senior partners to ensure swift action through the civil litigation process
• Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action

• Great negotiation and communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations
• Must have worked on family law issues for at least 1-2 years; handling of real estate also required
• Undergraduate degree with a legal background and Juris Doctor degree required

• Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona
