Bookkeeper - ECOMMERCE

Must have minimum 5 years experience as a bookkeeper working in an ecommerce company.
Ecommerce Women's Intimate Apparel company is seeking Bookkeeper with excellent verbal communication skills required in both English and Spanish. Position requires to be punctual, have strong work ethic and have reliable transportation.
DUTIES:
· Download and process online banking transactions.
· Post payroll summary transactions.
· Enter PayPal summary transactions.
· Reconcile PayPal, 3 BofA accounts, 2 Chase accounts.
· Post month-end inventory adjustment.
· Handle Ask My Accountant transactions / match receipts to transactions.
· Interface to payroll company as needed.
· Calculate and pay sales tax.
· Pay bills / print checks from QB.
· Handle vendor issues.
· Scan / file.
· Interface with CPA on mid-year / year-end review, accounting issues.
· Assist in implementing possible switch to tracking sales by item in QB
· Financial reports analysis, provide information to owners re future direction.
