Junior Escrow Officer

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Junior Escrow Officer.

This position requires consecutive and recent experience of 4 years as an escrow assistant, junior escrow officer, or escrow officer.

• Ideal candidate will be able to process escrows from start to finish and have experience with high volume resale escrow transactions.
• Experience with Mobile Home transactions is desirable.
• Customer service must be 5 star when dealing with multiple deadlines & changes while accurately processing transactions.
• As always with escrow, efficiency, accuracy and the ability to work in a team environment is required.
• Excellent communication; typing and verbal is required.
• An excellent attendance record is a must along with the ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet time sensitive deadlines.
• Attention to detail and following the Escrow Officer's directions is imperative.
• The ability to learn new processes, procedures, & systems is required.
• Candidate must be able to be employed under the California, Department of Business Oversight, and be bonded by the Escrow Agents' Fidelity Corporation.
