We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Teacher to join our team. As an Infant Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Follow all licensing regulations and maintain required documentation
Experience:
- Previous experience in toddler care, childcare, or nannying is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education strategies is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred but not required
