For early phase studies through Phase III clinical trials, our experienced team delivers high-touch services and technology to ensure the safety of all stakeholders across the clinical research community with an emphasis on ethics, compliance, and innovation.

Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer

Location: Remote- Based. Frequent travel throughout the US and to HQ in Miami.

Function: Commercial

DESCRIPTION: An Executive Leader who is chiefly responsible for growing Sitero's Commercial footprint globally. With frequent interaction with Sitero's CEO, President, and COO, the Chief Commercial Officer will be the ultimate driver of our marketing, vision, and sales strategies throughout the US, UK, EU, and APAC operating regions. The CCO will leverage Sitero's full suite of services and technology to build complete solutions for our customers that consist of Clinical Operations, eClinical Software Solutions, IRB and IBC consulting, Research Compliance Software Solutions and Drug Safety services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create Sitero's go-to-market strategy across the portfolio of technologies and services to drive net-new logos
  • Manage the full contract bookings number for Sitero across the commercial organization
  • Lead and direct the commercial performance metrics to leadership
  • Build and grow the commercial organization utilizing best practices
  • Own the entire customer lifecycle from lead qualification to contract signing
  • Manage and develop a team of business development Directors, Account Executives, and Inside Sales to successful quota achievement
  • Progress and mature our sales cycle strategies with adaptations for competitor awareness, pre and post product launch marketing, early touch plans, and territory/market development


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
  • 10 + years prior experience as a Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, VP of Sales, or similar commercial senior leadership is required
  • Current or previous work experience leading Commercial teams for a CRO, Biotech, Pharma, or Life Sciences Tech is required
  • Previous experience selling and leading teams in the US is required
  • Previous experience selling and leading teams throughout the UK, EU, and APAC preferred
  • Demonstrated success in achieving annual revenue targets and strategic objectives
  • Experience leading and scaling commercial teams leveraging top performers and developing under performers

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

Full Time, Permanent

COMMITMENTS:
  • Standard Hours 40 hours per week, one hour lunch, Monday - Friday. Additional hours as needed.
  • Willing to work in shifts as and when needed.
