We are helping our friends, a rising San Francisco based startup, building AI customer support for the enterprise in the search for a Software Engineer.

Our client builds AI support experiences for large enterprises and fast growing startups like Eventbrite, Bilt, Vanta and Substack.They´re backed by world-class investors like a16z.

They have strong engineers on the team and the ability to aggressively support potential sales with customizations to close the deal. The business is early, but they've won every deal they've competed in so far and have closed large enterprises like Eventbrite.

About the role:

We're looking for a software engineer who will work with the founders to build a
category-defining product and scale it to massive enterprises and high-growth startups alike. Were looking for someone who is excited by this challenge and the potential impact we can make if we do this right. You're a product-minded engineer who thrives in a highly autonomous environment and enjoys working together with a highly driven, resourceful team to win. Role responsibilities:

• Drive development of the core product, working across the stack.
• Interface regularly with customers of all sizes and drive initial implementation with the founders.

About the offer:

• Salary $160k - $190k per annum plus Equity
• Visa sponsorship available
• On-site work policy: In-person at our offices in San Francisco
• Full-time position
• This is a full time, W-2 role
