Full-Time | Experienced Full Desk Senior/Principal Consultant

At Orbis Group, we’re scaling fast and looking for an experienced consultant to join our team in the US. You’ll have access to top tier clients, the autonomy to shape your own desk, and the platform to build a genuine community in Software Engineering.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Full desk recruitment, managing the recruitment process end to end, building talent pools, guiding your candidates through interview processes, negotiating offers, etc.
  • Building a market-leading desk within SWE
  • Developing and engaging a talent & client community in your space, creating a community that people want to be a part of
  • Using creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn (events, referrals, X-ray, niche platforms, etc.)
  • Partnering with top-tier clients to understand their business and hiring needs, helping them to build high-impact teams
  • Managing accounts, winning new business through strategic outreach and networking, negotiating terms, and confidently selling talent solutions while managing client expectations

  • Proven full desk recruitment experience and a background recruiting within SWE
  • A Senior or Principal Consultant who is market-led, consultative, and commercially driven
  • Strong personal brand or desire to become a visible voice in your sector
