    5 years of strong hands-on experience in defect coordination for QA and UAT

    Strong communication & presentation skills (both written & verbal) and should be self-driven

    Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IBM's CLM (Rational Quality Manager/Rational Test Concert)

    Good working knowledge in MS Excel macros to build reports out of defect data from multiple projects

    Strong testing concepts & methodologies and be able to work hands-on testing in a dynamic environment

    Thorough knowledge and experience in overall defect management life cycle, driving the defect triage by closely working with Dev, QA, PMO

    Proven track record in client facing roles managing various stakeholders of the project/program representing QA team

    Generate report metrics from CLM as needed by the Project management and client leadership

    Coordinate and facilitate daily or weekly defect triage/status meetings.
