Job description

Role: Mainframe Test Manager
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: Fulltime
Responsibilities
  • Test management of Agile and waterfall projects.
  • Experience in Middleware -Mainframe/3270 systems (screen navigation & validation) & API integration testing
  • Exposure in Automation Framework and bringing automation related solutions , Mainframe automation tools (e.g., terminal emulators, LeanFT)
  • Stakeholder management including Business, Development, Project management, and Testing teams
  • Test planning, design and execution monitoring, defect management, and test closure
  • Delivery management of teams comprising various vendors and Bank FTEs
  • Creating and maintaining tasks, artefacts, and deliverables on test/defect management tools like ALM, Jira
  • Onsite/Offshore Coordination & management.
  • Experience in banking projects across various LOBs like Retail, Cards, Mortgage, ETL., Experience in Core Banking Mainframe applications & Web UI based apps.
  • Experience in managing test teams and processes in Agile projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, accompanied by seven years of progressive work experience.
