Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead QA Automation Engineer with 11+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, framework development, API testing, and end-to-end testing. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in modern automation tools and the ability to lead QA initiatives, improve test coverage, and drive quality across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks.
  • Build robust automation solutions using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
  • Develop automation scripts using Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
  • Develop and execute API automation using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools.
  • Implement BDD frameworks using Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, or equivalent technologies.
  • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and work closely with developers to resolve defects.
  • Perform database testing and data validation using complex SQL queries.
  • Participate in test strategy, planning, estimation, risk assessment, and release activities.
  • Review automation code and ensure adherence to QA and coding best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage, execution speed, and overall testing efficiency.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, DevOps, and engineering teams in Agile environments.
