We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing Technology & Engineering practice in Dallas. In this role, you will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality technology solutions are delivered effectively and efficiently. You will play a key role throughout the testing lifecycle, from requirements analysis and test planning through execution, defect management, and user acceptance testing.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and document testing strategies, approaches, and test plans aligned to project objectives and business requirements.
  • Translate functional and business requirements into comprehensive test cases, scenarios, and test data sets.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, interface, negative, and user acceptance testing while identifying and documenting defects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technology teams to refine requirements and resolve issues.
  • Analyze existing processes and systems, recommending enhancements that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and defect management processes.
  • Experience developing test cases, executing test plans, managing defects, and supporting user acceptance testing activities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience supporting large-scale system implementation or transformation programs.
  • Previous experience working within a management consulting or technology consulting environment.
  • Exposure to Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance organizations.
