TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Lead Business Solution Architect for a high-impact Enterprise PLM transformation with a $10B+ global sports licensing and e-commerce giant. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a company-wide Unified Ecosystem Strategy that connects retail, apparel, sourcing, product development, and digital commerce across a complex global enterprise.

In this role, you will work at the center of business strategy and technology execution—partnering with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and implementation teams to turn approved business requirements into scalable Centric PLM solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Centric PLM expert who thrives in enterprise transformation, builds alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and knows how to translate complexity into practical, business-ready solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Validate and align technical configurations against more than 450 approved business requirements to ensure scalability, usability, and long-term business value.

• Serve as a trusted advisor on Centric PLM best practices, governance standards, and solution architecture recommendations.

• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts across eight business units to gather requirements, align processes, and establish a unified operating model.

• Facilitate discovery workshops and drive consensus among stakeholders with historically diverse workflows and operating practices.

• Lead data readiness efforts, including validation, cleansing, mapping, and migration activities related to product, materials, costing, supplier, BOM, style, seasonal hierarchy, and master data.

• Develop testing strategies and coordinate unit testing activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.

• Track defects, validate technical fixes, and support successful System Integration Testing (SIT) execution.

• Review, enhance, and develop training assets including SOPs, job aids, process documentation, persona-based training guides, quick reference materials, and FAQs.

• Utilize AI-enabled tools such as Gemini, Claude, and other productivity technologies to accelerate discovery analysis, process documentation, workflow mapping, and knowledge management.

• Establish governance processes that support successful implementation, adoption, and long-term platform scalability.

• Partner with implementation teams to identify gaps, mitigate risks, and develop practical solutions that support business requirements and platform capabilities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Centric PLM Expertise: Extensive experience delivering end-to-end Centric PLM implementations from a Lead Business Consultant, Solution Architect, Product Manager, or similar role.

• Enterprise Transformation: Proven experience supporting large-scale business process transformation initiatives involving merchandising, sourcing, costing, supplier collaboration, product development, and materials management workflows.

• Architecture & Governance: Strong experience developing governance frameworks, operating models, and solution roadmaps for enterprise platforms.

• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to lead large stakeholder ecosystems involving 50+ subject matter experts and multiple business functions simultaneously.

• Data Migration & Data Readiness: Experience supporting large-scale data cleansing, validation, migration, and governance initiatives.

• Testing & Implementation: Strong background supporting unit testing, defect management, SIT planning, and solution validation activities.

• Training & Adoption: Experience creating business process documentation, training materials, SOPs, and end-user enablement content.

• AI Tools & Productivity Platforms: Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies to improve project execution and documentation efficiency.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and executive stakeholder communication capabilities.

• Autonomy: Self-directed, consultative professional capable of defining the solution path forward and driving execution with minimal oversight.
