Our Expectations- Work with your hands, stay on the move, solve people's problems, never get bored, and never stop learning! As a residential property management Maintenance Technician Lead, you'll provide guidance to a team of maintenance technicians and groundskeepers, make recommendations for training, coordinate with the community manager to ensure work processes and budgets are accurate and maintainable, prepare apartments for new residents, paint and touch up various units and/or buildings, and perform upkeep to make the community the best it can be. We are looking for self-motivated problem-solvers who are eager to learn, and have an aptitude for the mechanical.
