Plumbing & HVAC SEO is looking for a Highly Skilled Full-Time Jr Paid Search Analyst looking to join our Fully Remote and Fast Growing Digital Marketing Agency, based in South Florida. As a Plumbing & HVAC SEO Paid Search Analyst you will be responsible for leading client paid strategy, monitoring performance, executing optimizations and reporting to Client Success Managers.Responsibilities:
- Lead Paid Media (search focused) advertising strategy and execution for 15 to 25 clients*
- Develop and manage budgets for paid search campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI
- Regularly analyze and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid search into broader marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing best practices
- ROI tracking and analysis
Requirements:
- 3+ years of paid search experience with emphasis on notational to local search strategies
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads
- Hands on experience in managing $10k+ monthly client campaign budgets
- Proven success with lead gen and local search campaigns
- looker.io or similar reporting experience with data visualization
- Strong Presentation Skills, Creative, Customer Focused & Action Oriented
- Critical Thinker, Relentless Learner, Winning Can Do Attitude
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Agency digital marketing experience
Desired Experience
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics/GA4
- Certifications such as Google Ads or Microsoft Ads are a plus.
