Integrated Solutions Engineer

TeamSoft IT Solution’s client is looking for a direct hire Integrated Solutions Engineer. This position is on-site in Jacksonville, FL. This direct hire position pays between $65,000-$68,000 a year.

Integrated Solutions Engineer Job Summary:

Configure, develop, extend, and maintain CRM solutions, integrating them seamlessly with various web, ERP, and other information systems.
Advise and consult with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into comprehensive technical specifications.
Administer and support various settings, modules, and integrations within CRM systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Develop and maintain interfaces and integration points between CRM, ERP, and other vital systems, facilitating seamless data flow and process synchronization.
Perform quality control activities including monitoring, testing, debugging, and documenting configurations, changes, and deployments.
Plan, organize, and document work efforts, prioritizing multiple projects and guiding technical efforts of other stakeholders as needed.
Collaborate closely with clients on a regular basis, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Integrated Solutions Engineer Qualifications:

Proven experience managing servers and applications within a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Stack technologies, with a strong foundation in system administration and application management.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to engage effectively with clients and collaborate seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated experience in vendor management, fostering productive relationships and maximizing value from external partnerships.
Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving challenges.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
