Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities:
• ACH payment preparation (for vendors and employee reimbursements)
• Provide details of employee reimbursement payments to employees
• Outgoing cash flow forecast update.
• Monthly closing
o New fixed assets registration and calculation of depreciation for all fixed assets
o New prepayment items registration and calculation of monthly allocation and entries
o Compilation of Job Cost Valuation Schedule (calculation of labor hours of each Job from database)
o Bank Reconciliation
• Year-end closing
o Compilation of Inventory List
o Response to external auditors’ questions and requests regarding cash and deposits, payable matters, etc.
• Other supports as needed requested by the Director of Finance
• Registration of parts, services, and warranties sales orders
• Invoicing for parts, services, and warranties sales orders
• Cash receipts transactions of collections for parts, services, and warranties sales invoices

Requirements and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• 2-5 years of Accounting/Finance experience
• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Beanworks, QuickBooks, or Sage is a plus.
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, as well as other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization.
