Assistant Account Manager

Coggins Promotional Advertising, Inc. is seeking an energetic, organized and detail-oriented person who is committed to learning and completing tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Prepare custom presentations including suggested merchandise options
• Communicate with clients by phone, email and occasionally in-person
• Proactively suggesting items and ideas for clients
• Working with our e-commerce and graphics teams to setup new online storefronts
• Working with our warehousing team to coordinate special projects
• Answering and directing phone calls with top notch customer service and phone etiquette
• Professional communications with vendors and customers to meet their needs
• Able to work with a large number of clients while maintaining a high level of organization and customer service
• Handle office tasks such as greeting guests, scheduling appointments, filing, ordering supplies, order entry and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Able to identify issues and solve the problem
• Willing to learn industry specific software
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A bachelor's degree is highly preferred

Coggins Promotional Advertising, Inc. is the leading provider of custom branded merchandise and online company store solutions. This position does have the opportunity to grow into an Account Manager position with a significant pay increase.

$20-24 per hour
