Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately. The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a growing friendly team. Experience with customer-facing roles is an advantage but not essential.
You will be working within an extremely dynamic and successful new business team developing existing and attracting new business where a flair for sales and customer service is vital.
The Role: Provide a full range of customer service and sales support services including pricing information, lead inquiries, account set up, and relationship management. Establish and maintain effective relationships with specific managers, clients, and customers.
The Main Responsibilities of the Sales and Customer Service Representative:
- Provide an excellent standard of Customer Service
- Answer customer's queries and questions
- Sales reporting and tracking day to day progress
- Delivery of interactive sales presentations on industry-leading telecommunications technology and the partnership with a government-funded program
- Daily and weekly participation in ongoing customer acquisition, sales, and compliance training
Successful Sales and Customer Service Representative will possess the following attributes:
