Job Description
TITLE LEVEL REPORTS TO RN Emergency Room Full Time Mid-Level Emergency Department Director
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree from an accredited professional nursing school required
- Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required upon hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required upon hire
- Arizona Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse Required
- 1 Year as ER RN required
- TNCC Certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- ENPC certification preferred
- 3 years' experience RN ER
Job Description:
- The Emergency Services Registered Nurse promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for a given population based upon age specific and cultural needs.
- This is done in a collaborative multidisciplinary approach embracing quality and safety and providing physical and psychological support along with healthcare continuum
