Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies that support the company's mission and goals in coding education for kids.
• Oversee and manage all operational departments, including curriculum development, instruction, marketing, and customer service.
• Ensure efficient utilization of company resources to deliver high-quality educational programs.
• Monitor key performance metrics and drive operational efficiencies across all programs and initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, educators, and community partners.
• Ensure the financial stability and growth of the organization through effective budgeting and resource allocation.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall learning experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a COO or similar operational leadership role, preferably in the education or edtech sector.
• Strong background in strategy development and execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Proficiency in English language.
