Position: Restaurant Key Holder / Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
● Hands-on management-style with desire to roll-up-your-sleeves, and prepare, bake and
serve custom bakery products to customers
● Manage day-to-day operations of fast-paced bakery; could include inventory, ordering,
scheduling etc.
● Assist owner/operator on inventory and ordering, staff scheduling, marketing and other
assigned duties
● Manages customer relations with a positive attitude, and in a polite, friendly and
professional manner
● Execute local store marketing programs and prospect catering opportunities
● Champions the Cinnaholic brand and ensure compliance with corporate standards
● Maintains clean kitchen including mopping, sanitizing food prep area, routine dusting
and general disinfecting
● Washes dishes using three compartment sink
● Follows opening and closing checklists
Requirements:
● Food service or bakery management experience required
● Must be 18 years or older
● Must have valid drivers license, drivers insurance, and vehicle
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
● Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
● Friendly attitude and team player who is able to work well with others
● Ability to prioritize and have a sense of urgency
● Customer-service driven
