Chestnut Land Company, the largest domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne's is hiring! We are looking for energetic Crew Members and Shift Leaders to join our teams at the Briarwood Mall in Ann Arbor, MI.
Whether you're crafting the world's greatest cinnamon roll from scratch or twisting a perfect Auntie Anne's pretzel, you'll be part of a team that prides itself on providing memorable experiences for our guests.

SHIFT LEADERS (Age Requirement: 18+)
Direct the operation in the absence of the GM/Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality and service.
  • Monitor employee breaks, overtime, and daily scheduling.
  • Assist with training new team members and encouraging a positive attitude.
  • Oversee cash handling policies, audit paperwork, and complete Daily Cash Reports.
  • Ensure the team maintains peak cleanliness and workplace safety.
