Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Position Type: Contract, initial 1 year, can extend afterwards.
Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite at Sunnyvale, CA, USA
Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $28 per hour W2 (USD)

Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):

Working hours: 8 hours a day, but will start early in the morning, TBD, most likely 8am PST

Purpose –
 
This candidate will be the main point of contact to answer questions (operational) and provide customer services to the clients, so as to ensure the product runs smoothly and collect feedback for improvement. This candidate will support other customer service tasks when needed.
 
Job Requirement-
 
·         Excellent in both English and Spanish (listen, speak, read, write) communication skills since the resource will be communicating with local Mexico merchants/clients.
·         1-2 years’ work experiences in call center, be familiar with the call center operation pattern and features. Customer service experience required.
·         Financial service (bank, or payment industry) or internet industry experience.
·         Salesforce experience good to have.
·         Be capable to adjust and optimize the field operation strategy on time based on the field operation data analysis.
·         Strong sense of responsibility, strong logic and ability to think independently.
·         Teamwork spirit.
·         Be capable of problem solving with strong pressure resistance.
·         Be good at resources management.

·         Offer professional customer service & solutions to merchant customers:
·         Provide professional business consultant service and manage work orders with high efficiency and accuracy through online chat, email or hotline (main focus) of customer service.
·         Possess continuous learning sprit, be capable to manage complicated business problems and customer complaints.
·         Be capable to discover, summarize and feedback the obstacles in customer experience.
·         Output the advice and solution to optimize the international service platform based on the service cases and database.
·         Possess service operation experiences and capacity.
