Ready to take the lead in maintaining a thriving community? Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor at our dynamic 80+ unit multifamily housing community. Your role will be essential in ensuring daily upkeep, safety, and charm, contributing to an exceptional living experience for our residents.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead daily cleaning efforts to maintain the community's allure.
Oversee and enhance the appeal of buildings, grounds, and common areas.
Promptly address work orders while coordinating with the Community Manager.
Effectively communicate work order details and align tasks with leasing priorities.
Utilize your expertise to make decisions on repairs and replacements, from carpets to tiles.
Proactively identify and tackle community needs, fostering an enriched environment.
