Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) PRN

The PRN therapy team at Spanish Fork Nursing and Rehab is growing, and we would be happy to have you! We have a great team, amazing residents, and lots of flexibility. (Located in Spanish Fork, UT)

Hours: We have ~8 hours available every week for PRN. This can be spread out among any number of weekdays, treatment is provided between the hours of 8 AM and 7 PM

Wages: We are able to offer a range of $30-$33/hour depending on experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Requirements:

• Current Utah - (Certified) Occupational Therapy Assistance (OTA/COTA) license in good standing
• Learn and implement local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care

Job Duties

• Occasionally treat clinically complex patients
• Provide competent care for geriatric patients
• Provide adaptive ADL-retraining
• Learn documentation process and maintain productivity standards
• Effectively communicate with other team members and patients
