Red Hare Brewing & Distilling is an independent microbrewery and distillery located in the heart of Marietta, GA. In 2020 Red Hare Brewing & Distilling opened its first restaurant in Marietta Square serving local resident and visitors quality Cuban cuisine and craft beer and spirits.

Daytime Line Cook: The primary responsibility of the Daytime Line Cook is to assist the Kitchen Manager with preparing the food items for the dinner menu.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Assist with day-to-day food prep for all dinner menu items
Ensure all menu items meet Red Hare's standards
Help with kitchen equipment cleaning
Work seamlessly in a team environment
Ensure all products (ie, condiments) are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, and serving standards
Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant
Other duties as necessary

Position Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of kitchen and/or restaurant experience
Must be a team player and possess "can do" leadership attitude
Must be highly motivated and independent
Outstanding customer service skills
Proven ability to communicate effectively
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Professional appearance and attitude are required

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (6-7 hours at a time)
Must be able to work about 30-40 hours per week
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be at least 25 years old

Pay: $14-$18 per hour (depending on experience)
