Concessions/Sales/Delivery

DUTIES:

• Responsible for ordering and delivering of products to University special events, including but not limited to Athletics, Educational and Concessionaires.
• Maintain all cooling assets at University.
• Maintain contact with University customers on a regular basis.
• Request and coordinate any upgrades to assets as needed.
• Stock and rotate Coke products to ensure high quality.
• Attend and participate in annual reviews of University customers as needed.
• Coordinate schedule and duties of technicians at University athletic events.
• Maintain daily and annual records of all events.
• Train back up personnel to assist during absence.
• Forecast and request via” forecasting program” all brands needed for scheduled events.
• Maintain safe and orderly work environment.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires a High school diploma or general education development (GED) diploma
• Minimum 3 years of customer service and sales experience
• A valid Class B Commercial Driving License (or the ability to obtain one in allotted time period)
• Maintains a professional relationship with co-workers, customers, and the public
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent reading and math skills needed
• Must be detailed and organized
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification
• Ability to operate a company vehicle with 18’ trailer attached
• Ability to back a trailer
• Ability to lift 65 pounds frequently
• Ability to lift 25 pounds over shoulders occasionally
• Ability to push/pull product frequently
• Ability to kneel, stoop, crawl, climb stairs/ladders and bend frequently
• Ability to move heavy equipment up to 100 pounds once or twice daily
• Ability to walk/stand at least 8 hours/daily
• Ability to be exposed to weather – hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions caused by the weather
• A good candidate must provide a good work history that demonstrates: dependability, integrity, attention to detail, self-motivated, excellent customer service and takes initiative
• Ability to pass the company’s background and Motor Vehicle Report and the company’s drug testing requirements
