Now hiring Monday through Friday for all shifts! Second and third shifts will receive an additional $2/hour shift premium.

As a Production team member at Snap-Tite Hose, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our top-of-the-line hose products. We take pride in our rich history of producing industry-leading quality hose in the United States and worldwide. With specialties ranging from firefighting to agriculture, our hoses are trusted by fire departments, agricultural enterprises, and industries around the world. • Operate machinery in the production process, following safety protocols and quality control standards
• Assemble and package finished products according to specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet the highest standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements

• No experience is required - we provide on-the-job training!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills
