Senior IoT Engineer - 100% Remote

One of our manufacturing customers is looking for an Edge Developer to support their Azure IoT Edge Devices. You will be working with real-time data streaming on the devices themselves. The team is looking for a consultant to help support Azure IoT Edge. Azure IoT Edge is a fully managed service built on Azure IoT Hub. It allows the organization to deploy their cloud workloads to run on Internet of Things (IoT) edge devices via standard containers. They are calling these devices little computers. Not only are these devices used to collect data, but for machine-to-machine communication as well as intercommunication. This person will help collect raw data and send it upstream, support integration with machines, split it off to do Edge Analytics, and support the Dashboard Edge. This person's time will be spent working on the device itself, putting software on them, there will be some networking, and then development in the cloud.

This is a close knit team, and this group is able to impact the business on a global scale. Because they do all of the work in-house, they're able to try out new, open-source technologies. They are also a close Microsoft partner and utilize their tech stack most frequently.
