Responsible for driving new business

Grow and leverage your network in the market to cultivate leads, referrals, and build your block of local business partners

Manage overall client relationship; Drive consistent and predictable profitability, client satisfaction and organic growth

Demonstrate technical knowledge necessary to communicate our solutions effectively

Demonstrate proficiency in the sales process by understanding, articulating, and delivering the Allstate value proposition and specific solutions customized for each prospect

Candidates must study and pass the Maine Property and Casualty Insurance license before their start date (full exam material reimbursement upon hire date)
