Walton - Weekend Warrior Brake Press Operator [Fri - Sun 6-6]

POSITION SUMMARY:

Qualities include but are not limited to: Accurate Reading, Writing, and basic math skills. Safe operation of all equipment including but not limited to forklift and overhead crane.

FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

• Safely set up, program, and operate a Press Brake.
• Ability to read, interpret blueprints, and program accordingly to the Press.
• Ability to read and interpret specific job travelers and routers.
• Ability to measure and verify dimensions using a tape measure.

• Ability to set up the appropriate die based on material thickness.
• Ability to time manage and stack completed parts properly on blocks or pallets.
• Have a proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of self-motivation, accountability, and responsibility.
• Good attendance.

• Must have the ability to work as a team.
• Organizational Skills are a must.
• Ability to ensure proper use of PPE.
• AccurPress equipment is use by Arizon Companies
• Other duties as assigned by management

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Varying weather conditions and temperatures in warehouse.
• Physical strength to lift- up to 50 pounds

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and communicate well
• Prior factory experience in operating a AccurPress is a plus.
