Headquartered in Jacksonville, FL and in business since 2007, we are a privately owned civil contracting firm. We perform work throughout the southeast in public and private markets and specializes in commercial and residential site development, underground utilities, clearing, grading, and roadway construction, as well as water and wastewater treatment plant construction.

Qualifications:

Experience estimating and preparing bids for industrial or mechanical construction projects including water/wastewater treatment plants or pump stations.

Experience identifying quality bidding opportunities (QBOs): researching and analyzing RFPs for hard-bid and negotiated-bid projects and determining those with the highest potential value / ROI

An understanding of heavy civil construction principles, operations, and logistics.

To maintain relationships with internal and external customers through a culture of accountability and respect.

A proven track record of preparing accurate quantity takeoffs and estimates for general conditions, labor, equipment, and materials.

Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite

Familiarity with construction and estimating software such as HCSS (HeavyBid / HeavyJob), Bid to Win, Procore, Primavera P6, BlueBeam, PlanSwift, Pipeline, Building Connected, etc.
