Triumph Construction LLC is a fast-growing civil construction contractor based in Baton Rouge specializing in:

  • Municipal drainage
  • Storm sewer
  • Concrete paving
  • Street rehabilitation
  • ADA improvements
  • Underground utilities
  • DOTD & municipal infrastructure projects

We currently manage multiple public works projects across Louisiana and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help lead and scale operations.


Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Construction Project Manager with experience in:

  • LADOTD projects
  • Municipal/public works
  • Drainage and underground utilities
  • Concrete roadway/sitework
  • Heavy civil construction

The ideal candidate can independently manage projects from startup through closeout while maintaining schedule, profitability, documentation, and client communication.


Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple active civil construction projects
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations
  • Prepare and manage pay applications
  • Track job costs and profitability
  • Identify and price change orders
  • Coordinate with owners, inspectors, engineers, and municipalities
  • Review plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Lead weekly project meetings
  • Ensure safety and quality compliance
  • Work closely with estimating and operations teams


Qualifications

Required:

  • 5–15+ years of civil construction project management experience
  • Experience with LADOTD and municipal infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Drainage
    • Storm sewer
    • Concrete paving
    • Utilities
    • Public works construction
  • Experience with project scheduling and budgeting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Buildertrend experience

  • Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
  • Quantity takeoff and estimating experience
  • OSHA certifications
