Our Client, a Professional Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm located in Brighton, MI is currently seeking experienced candidates for several positions within our organization. We specialize in a wide range dynamic projects including private land development, public infrastructure improvements, automotive facility/industrial projects and throughout the United States. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Project Engineer located in Brighton, MI. The Civil Project Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing civil engineering projects, with a focus on site development and stormwater management. Tasks include preparing technical designs and drawings, overseeing project progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to execute projects successfully.

Qualifications

  • Experience and proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and general Civil Engineering practices
  • Knowledge of Stormwater Management and Site Development principles
  • Demonstrated skills in Quality Control and project evaluation for successful outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software tools and knowledge of local regulations and standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • EIT preferred with the ability to obtain PE registration within 2 years
