Civil Project Engineer | Land Development
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Civil Project Engineer to help us spearhead site design, hydrology reports and analysis, grading, permitting, and storm sewer analysis projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in Civil 3D and will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet both client specifications and regulatory requirements while adhering to budget and schedule constraints.
Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Utilize Civil 3D to design and model residential subdivisions and land development plans.
  • Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data for project planning.
  • Coordinate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project compliance and alignment with project goals.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports.
  • Ensure that all engineering designs comply with relevant safety and zoning regulations.
  • Assist in budget management and project scheduling to meet deadlines.
  • Perform subdivision inspections and ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
