Director of Civil Engineering

Location: New York, NY (Remote Work Supported)

Evolve Construction LLC is seeking a talented and experienced Director of Civil Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in civil engineering and project management. The Director of Civil Engineering will be responsible for overseeing all civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, while meeting the highest quality standards. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with other members of the executive team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the civil engineering team, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Oversee all aspects of civil engineering projects, from conception to completion
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
