We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer Manager with a strong background in Private Land Development and AutoCAD Civil 3D. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Professional Engineer to lead engineering teams and deliver high-quality land development projects.

Required Experience:
  • BS in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License (or ability to obtain California PE within 6 months)
  • 5–10 Years of Civil Engineering Experience
  • Minimum 3 Years of Leadership/Project Management Experience
  • Advanced Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Private Land Development Experience (Required)
  • Project Planning, Design & Engineering
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead civil engineering and land development projects from planning through construction
